What, Who and Where...

Every premises licence application must include an accurate plan of the property which must adhere to the requirements set out in the Licensing Act 2003 (Premises licences and club premises certificates) Regulations 2005, SI 2005/42. These plans will be submitted to the responsible authorities and are distributed with various other official bodies, such as your Local Fire Departments and Police Departments.

PremPlan take great pride in all the architectural and design drawings and will ensure that all drawings meet the required standards and needed to obtain your licence.

External Areas on Plans

Although there is no requirement to show areas which are not part of the premises your are licensing, you should still describe the areas that you are intending to provide for people to consume alcohol that you have either supplied or sold under the general description of the premises within application.

PremPlan are happy to include these areas into your drawings and will provide as much information as possible so that the future of your business is secure and that the licensing department continue to fully license it.
